Film Threat DVD Releases UK Indie Comedy in North America

Los Angeles, CA – Film Threat DVD, the independent DVD distribution label associated with popular online film site and former magazine Film Threat, announces the special edition DVD release of their first UK acquisition, The Ultimate Truth.

Directed by Nick Clark and produced by Tom Swanston of Wysiwyg Films Ltd, The Ultimate Truth is a political satire that dissects the British classist and political structure via the tale of Jeda, a dim-witted Australian who decides to start his own environmentally friendly political party in order to convince his girlfriend that he is worthy of her attention.

“[The film] uses over-the-top characters and quick wit to make fun of all the political bigots, youthful dreamers, worried parents, snobbish upper classes, wannabe gangsters and every other social stereotype that you can imagine,” states producer Tom Swanston.

The special edition DVD comes loaded with extra features that include 3 full-length commentaries, deleted scenes and a special message from the producer.
