Stuck Busts Free

San Francisco Indie Feature Film Gets Special Edition DVD Release

Los Angeles, CA   Film Threat DVD, the DVD distribution arm of famed film magazine and website Film Threat, announces the special edition DVD release of  the feature film Stuck by co-directors Anderson Paul and David Owen.

Billed as having “just what you’re looking for in a movie: sex, drugs, comedy, drama, and a guy made out of rubber,” Stuck centers around five twentysomethings who are at the crossroads in their lives, forced to decide between evolving as people or staying captive to their habits.

“The main message is that life can be chaotic, and sometimes in order to conquer the chaos, one has to embrace it," comments David Owen, co-director of Stuck. Shot In 5 weeks on a budget that would make Robert Rodriguez proud, Stuck found success at the 2003 San Francisco Indie Fest before being signed by Film Threat DVD.

It’s been a long road for this weird little movie,” states co-director Anderson Paul. "We worked long and hard on this movie with little money but a lot of heart."

The special edition Film Threat DVD contains numerous special features, including a commentary with co-directors David Owen, Anderson Paul, and sound designer/DVD producer Jim Gramato. Other special features include “The Grove,” a short film by Anderson Paul and “If It’s Not Too Much to Ask: A Conversation with David Owen and Anderson Paul” featurette.

Stuck carries a $29.99 MSRP and is currently available direct from Film Threat DVD (http://www.filmthreatdvd.com/shop) or from fine retailers everywhere (check for stores in your area at http://www.filmthreatdvd.com/retailers.asp)!
